Shipping & Returns

Because you buy direct from our partner retailers, shipping and returns are handled by the retailer you purchased from, under their own policies. Sneakerology does not ship orders or process refunds.

Shipping

Delivery options, costs, free-shipping thresholds and estimated times are shown in the retailer's checkout before you pay. Most of our partners ship Australia-wide, and many offer express options.

Returns and exchanges

Return windows, conditions (such as unworn items with tags attached) and how to lodge a return vary by retailer. You will find the retailer's returns policy linked in the footer of their website and in your order confirmation email.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact the retailer directly with your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to purchases from Australian retailers.
