Test the opacity
Bend and check in a mirror; mid to high opacity stays squat-proof under load.
The Activewear Edit
High-rise, supportive leggings built to perform under load and move with you.
Leggings are the base layer of every training day. The right pair stays put through squats, sprints and stretches so you never break focus to adjust.
We curate high, supportive waistbands, four-way stretch and matte, opaque fabrics that hold their shape wear after wear.

The first thing to check is squat-proof opacity. A good legging uses a thick, dense knit that stays completely non-see-through when you bend, lunge or sit, so you can train with confidence. Pair that with four-way stretch and a moisture-wicking fabric that moves sweat away from the skin, and you have a legging that performs from warm-up to final set.
Waistband and rise change how the legging feels. A high-waisted style sits at or above the navel for core coverage and a secure, no-slip fit, which most lifters and yogis prefer. A wide, supportive waistband stays put through deep movement without digging in or rolling down, while compression fabrics add muscle support and a streamlined silhouette.
Choose your length to suit the session and the season:
For lifting and squats, prioritise opacity and a firm waistband. For running, lean towards lighter, breathable compression with a secure pocket for your essentials.
Leggings should feel snug but not restrictive, with no gaping at the waist or sheerness when stretched. To keep the elastane springy and the knit opaque, wash cold, turn them inside out, skip fabric softener and air dry. Avoiding high heat protects the stretch and stops the fabric from thinning over time.
